The donor must go to the clinic before the expiration date listed on the electronic chain to have the collection performed.
IMPORTANT: ProScreening will never extend the test expiration date at the request of the donor. If the donor needs to extend the expiration date, this request must be submitted to ProScreening customer service in writing by you, the employer.
