In rare occasions, an out-of-network clinic may require the donor to bring a physical chain of custody form with them to the clinic along with a collection kit. In these cases, ProScreening will have a chain of custody form and collection kit shipped overnight to the donor. Note that overnight shipments must be placed before 2 PM EST to be sent the same business day.
